Job summary

The Citi Summer Analyst Program in Italy is designed to develop the next generation of commercial banking leaders. You will join a Coverage team, work with Relationship Managers, and gain exposure to Citi’s lending, cash management, and cross-border solutions across a portfolio of clients.

The 10-week program begins in June 2027 with formal training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and ongoing training in credit, product, and professional skills to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Due to graduate in 2028.
• Laurea (94+) or equivalent at undergraduate level.
• Interest in business and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company research and industry analysis.
• Perform financial modelling including valuations and DCF.
• Support commercial lending process and credit portfolio monitoring.
• Create client presentations and deal-related decks.
• Collaborate with product, risk, legal, and technology teams.
