Citi’s Commercial Bank is seeking Summer Analysts to join a dynamic team in Milan for a 10-week program starting in June 2027. The program blends formal training with hands-on experience across sales, credit, products, technology, and professional skills, supported by mentorship to accelerate development.

Analysts will work on client portfolios, conduct research, perform financial modelling, and support the lending process, gaining broad exposure to Citi’s global network and client solutions.

Competenze

• Dynamic individual with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Due to graduate in 2028, with a Laurea (94+) or equivalent.
• Interest in business and commerce.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Conduct company research and industry analysis.
• Analyse financial data and build financial models (valuations, DCF, pro-forma).
• Support the commercial lending process and credit underwriting.
• Own the client experience and collaborate with bankers and product teams.
• Assist with deal management and client presentations (pitch books, memos).
• Interact with partners across the firm (product, credit risk, legal, tech).
