Istituto Marangoni Firenze is seeking an enthusiastic Student Desk Intern to join the Student Desk and Student Life team. This internship offers hands-on experience in student support, front-office operations, and administrative processes within an international higher education environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Politics – Economics – Humanistics - Languages required.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-service mindset and attention to detail.
• Empathy and ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Team-player approach with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Reporting to the Student Care Supervisor, assist with front-office and student service activities.
• Support reception, welcome, and management of entry/exit procedures for visitors in coordination with Facilities.
• Route and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; escalate when needed.
• Assist with data entry and updates across information systems and platforms.
• Help prepare and distribute certificates, documents, and student materials.
• Organize appointments, meetings, and events involving internal and external guests.
