Job summary

sennder is Europe’s leading digital freight forwarder driving AI-first transformation across the CEO Office in Milan or Berlin. The role reports to the VP, Strategy & Corporate Development and collaborates with the Co-Founders and Executive Team to shape high-growth company strategy.

The Manager will co-create financial models, pitch decks, and strategic documents while orchestrating cross-functional programs and liaising with board members and investors. Milan/remote or Berlin options.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with ability to translate them into actionable insights.
• Experience in quantitative modeling and financial analysis is a must.
• Proven track record leading strategic, cross-functional projects.
• Strong bias toward action and results orientation.
• First-hand experience leading small teams is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and AI-first ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Drive identification, conceptualization, and execution of key priorities to advance strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with CEO and Executive Team delivering tangible results from concept to implementation.
• Lead an AI-first transformation program and strategic finance initiatives.
• Co-create business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and other strategic documents.
• Serve as liaison between the CEO and stakeholders including board members and investors.
• Prepare executives for key meetings, including board meetings and strategy offsites.
• Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
