BioTalent in Europe is seeking a Strategist to shape, launch and scale innovative digital health solutions for major pharmaceutical clients. The role sits at the intersection of innovation, commercialization and execution, offering hands-on leadership with strong autonomy.

You will drive go-to-market strategies, work across the full lifecycle from idea to scale, and translate clinical and market needs into strategic roadmaps while engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Experience launching health or digital health innovations within pharma or healthcare.
• Proven strategy and commercialization experience (consulting, agency, or in-house).
• Confidence managing client relationships and leading pitches.

I’m supporting a global life sciences health innovation and consulting organisation in hiring a Strategist to help shape, launch, and scale innovative and digital health solutions for major pharmaceutical clients across Europe. This is a hands‑on, strategy‑led role sitting at the intersection of innovation, commercialization, and execution.

This role will offer you

• Exposure to high‑profile pharma clients and senior stakeholders
• The opportunity to work on cutting‑edge digital and health innovations (digital therapeutics, companions, AI, connected care)
• A hands‑on senior role with strong autonomy and visibility

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver go‑to‑market and commercialization strategies for health and digital health innovations
• Support projects across the full lifecycle: idea → launch → scale
• Translate clinical, regulatory, and market requirements into clear strategic roadmaps
• Lead or contribute to client engagements, workshops, and pitches
• Produce high‑quality strategic outputs (e.g. PowerPoint narratives) and support execution
• Collaborate across strategy, account, data, technology, medical, and commercial xjncmbx teams

You will bring

• Strong experience launching health or digital health innovations within pharma or healthcare
• Proven strategy and commercialization experience (consulting, agency, or in‑house)
• Confidence managing client relationships and leading pitches
• A hands‑on mindset, even at a senior level
• Fluent English (Italian and/or German a plus)
