Sanofi is seeking a Value Access and Pricing Manager for Specialty Care in Italy. The role shapes local Market Access strategy, aligning with Global Functions to maximize payer value across oncology, immunology, neurology, and rare-disease programs.

You will lead pricing, reimbursement dossiers, and evidence plans with cross-functional support. The position requires deep Italy HTA knowledge, strong communication in English and Italian, and a collaborative, strategic mindset to enable pre-access

Competenze

• Experience in health industry and market access roles.
• Strong knowledge of Italy payer landscape and HTA methodologies.
• Experience in evidence generation planning and real-world evidence (RWE) studies.

Mansioni

• Develop local Market Access plan with value proposition and messages.
• Lead pricing and reimbursement dossiers and negotiation strategies.
• Define the integrated evidence generation plan for access.
• Ensure HTA readiness for products, indications, and therapeutic areas in pre-access phase.
• Collaborate with Global Market Access and Public Affairs to communicate value.
• Build relationships with key payers and decision-makers.
