BeOne Medicines seeks a Field Market Access Senior Manager Italy to lead regional access strategies and engage with payers and health authorities across the country.

You will develop and oversee value evidence tools, negotiate with hospital and regional centers, and ensure alignment with local care models and access pathways. Strong scientific, analytical and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science, master’s in science or business.
• 5+ years in pharma with dialogue with Regional Health Administrations and local orgs.
• Knowledge of national and regional health system.
• Leadership of relationships with stakeholders in health orgs.
• Demonstrate ability to defend clinical aspects and value.
• Experience launching drugs in regional/hospital market.
• Experience negotiating pricing with public authorities at regional/hospital level.
• Strategic vision and strong communications.
• Fluent in English; Italian native language preferred.

Mansioni

• Define and implement Market Access strategies at regional/hospital level.
• Maintain institutional relationships with Regional Health Administrations and hospital stakeholders.
• Support regional and hospital introduction of products ensuring alignment with local access pathways.
• Lead negotiations at central services and hospital level for tenders and framework agreements.
• Develop pharmaco-economic data and budget impact models for sub-national stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Regional Health Authorities, Medical Societies, Procurement bodies and Payers.
• Communicate changes in local health policy and patient access insights to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
