Megatron Sensors in Campania, Caivano, Italy, seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement, inventory and logistics for our growing electronics sensing manufacturing operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Italian and English.

You will develop procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, manage supplier performance, optimise stock levels, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensure regulatory compliance and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, SCM, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2+); tested during selection.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Procurement: develop and implement sourcing strategies for materials and components.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance for quality and reliability; take corrective actions.
• Inventory management: oversee stock levels; implement tracking and audits.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics; manage shipping and customs documentation.
