Greif is seeking a Sourcing Manager in Italy to execute sourcing strategies, lead supplier evaluations, and support cost optimization across designated spend categories. This role manages sourcing events, negotiates competitive terms, and partners with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years in sourcing or procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and experience with SAP, Ariba, or Coupa. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project Mgmt., Business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement (Capex, MRO, Opex).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of sourcing processes, cost analysis, and contract management.
• Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement category strategies to achieve cost savings and mitigate supply risk.
• Manage the sourcing lifecycle from supplier evaluation to contract preparation.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing projects with clear scope, timeline, and milestones.
