Amazon is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to join the Site Procurement Operations team at one of our logistics sites in Italy. You will lead procurement projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships to deliver value and ensure compliance.

You will drive cost optimization, risk assessment, and contract execution from RFI/RFQ through CLM, across Europe where applicable, while maintaining high service levels and sustainability goals.

Competenze

• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• Fluency in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a procurement environment.
• Experience in sourcing, contract management, or similar roles.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Understand business needs and justify requirements, analyze and make recommendations.
• Lead complex procurement projects with high spends, risks, and tight timelines across multiple sites.
• Build stakeholder relationships and negotiate with vendors for local, regional, country-wide, and Europe-wide projects.
• Provide accurate metrics, reporting, and data on supplier performance.
