Essity in Legnano, Italy, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Controller to drive profitable growth and financial transparency across Italy and Switzerland. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver planning, reporting, and data-driven insights enabling informed commercial decisions.

Reporting to the Senior Sales & Marketing Controller, you will oversee forecasting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of controlling processes, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and

Competenze

University degree in finance, economics, business administration or accounting.
Minimum 5 years in Controlling, FP&A or related finance roles, preferably in FMCG.
Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, reporting and variances.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP experience a plus.

Mansioni

Support monthly closing with accurate reporting and insights into performance and key drivers.
Lead forecasting activities and identify risks/opportunities to improve financial performance.
Partner with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency and value creation across the business.
Support audits, governance and compliance and promote process improvements.
Build capability and share knowledge across the organization.
