Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 7 years in managing public tenders (open, restricted, negotiated).
• Strong knowledge of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and Public Procurement Code.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end public tender procedures, ensuring compliance with Legislative Decree 36/2023 and internal rules.
• Use digital platforms and ERP systems to drive procurement activities, including subscriptions to public frameworks.
• Serve as main supplier contact during tender phases, handling Q&A and guarantees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal audit requirements during contract finalisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement needs and improve standard documentation.
