Adecco in Torino seeks a Buyer to join the procurement team on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Group Procurement Manager within the Finance HQ.

The job involves organizing pan-European tenders, scouting new providers, and monitoring supplier performance with KPI reporting. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, fluent English, and 2+ years of purchasing experience with strong data analysis and negotiation skills.

For a major client operating in the mobility sector, we are recruiting a Buyer to join its procurement team.

The position as buyer will report to Group Procurement Manager, within Finance HQ organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the organization and execution of some specific pan-European tenders.
• Scouting of new providers for future bid panels.
• Monitoring of suppliers’ performances, coordination of periodical business review meetings with key services’ providers.
• Monitoring and reporting of KPI’s along sourcing process and contract management.

Skills / Requirements:

• Master’s degree
• English fluent
• Capability to evaluate data, KPI, supplier performances
• Purchasing experience and negotiation skills (preferred)
• Adaptability and problem solving, precise
• Effective communication with internal teams
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
• Seniority: Intermediate or Junior with a working experience of a couple of years

Location: Torino

Contract Type: Permanent employment contract.

CCSL Contratto Collettivo specifico di lavoro. Employee Level A3.

The compensation package includes a gross annual salary between € 35.000 and € 38.000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
