Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Proposal Estimator for the Sesto San Giovanni area to generate budgetary and firm cost estimates for projects and service agreements. You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Advisors and Design Engineers to deliver cost-accurate solutions.

The role requires cross-functional teamwork, strong Excel skills and knowledge of building automation technologies, with a hybrid work arrangement in place.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electronics, mechanical or building automation engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and basic AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate collaboratively and understand digital/cloud technologies.
• Develop macros in Excel to expedite the estimation process.

Mansioni

• Assist sales in securing business by developing accurate, timely and professional estimates for BMS/HVAC, Security and Fire systems, including scope, material and labor.
• Compare sales information to delivered data and advise on factors for competitive estimating future jobs.
• Support Honeywell efforts to obtain or retain competitive position.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Health and Safety policies.
• Engage with sales early to understand enquiries and design suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations to agree costs and anticipate risks and synergies.
