Fuller Technologies in Italy is seeking a skilled Proposal Engineer to join our Proposal Department. You will help craft technically and commercially competitive proposals, coordinating with sales, engineering, and project execution to win projects.

The role requires a degree in science or engineering, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to manage complex proposals across international projects. We offer an international, collaborative environment and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of plant architecture, production processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Strong proposal management and project-sales integration skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Mansioni

• Prepare technical proposals, standard conditions, and cost/sales calculations.
• Propose target selling prices and provide technical descriptions and letters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate smooth handover of orders from sales to project execution.
• Follow sales from quotation to execution and support closing deals.
