Nokia is seeking a Product Manager to shape the network element portfolio, lead product line management across internal development and OEM partnerships, and collaborate with customers to translate needs into winning solutions.

You will drive strategic roadmaps, partner with engineering, marketing and sales, mentor teammates, and help the PLM team achieve profitable growth and market expansion.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in product management with proven leadership in strategy.
• Strong understanding of network element technologies and telecom market trends.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and strategic planning.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Lead the product teams and manage all aspects of product line management for network elements.
• Oversee and drive strategy for the network element portfolio for profitable growth.
• Maintain strategic roadmaps for short- and long-term goals.
• Engage with customers and RBC to develop winning solutions.
• Participate in RFQs with accurate and timely responses.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; foster knowledge sharing.
