Nokia is seeking a senior architect to lead the design and architecture of novel optical DWDM systems within the Optical Networks division. You will architect and implement new software platforms in collaboration with Systems Architecture, Systems Engineering and Software Development teams to deliver competitive product architectures.

You will translate business requirements and use cases into robust specifications, balance cost and performance, and guide multi-disciplinary teams across product

Competenze

• Advanced degree required in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent.
• Ph.D. + minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in optical transport systems.
• M.Sc. + minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in optical transport systems or related fields.

Mansioni

• Define and clarify system & product concepts, features and requirements with product line management.
• Translate requirements into system architectural specifications and requirements.
• Lead cross-functional feature teams to consensus on architecture and concepts for implementation.
• Collaborate with SW teams to ensure alignment of implementation with architecture.
