Saiet Telecomunicazioni S.r.l. is seeking a proactive Product Manager to lead the development of its product category, partnering with Marketing and key functions to translate market insights into new offerings.

You will analyze market trends, manage the portfolio, identify new products and suppliers, optimize sourcing, and drive pricing and promotions while tracking KPIs. The role requires travel to international fairs and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, Category Management, or similar roles.
• Experience in consumer electronics, telecommunications, or tech sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and commercial dynamics.
• Fluent English for managing international suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market, trends, and purchasing behaviors for the product category.
• Manage and develop the product portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and innovations.
• Identify new products and suppliers in Italian and international markets.
• Evaluate global and local sourcing, optimizing pricing, service, and lead times.
• Collaborate with Marketing on new product launches and translate commercial needs into proposals.
• Contribute to assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Monitor category performance through KPIs and data analysis.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and partners, including international ones.
• Attend trade fairs and industry events to spot trends and opportunities.
• Suggest new solutions and market approaches to drive innovation.
