Sompo is seeking a Lead, Portfolio and Performance Analytics to provide central analytics support for commercial insurance operations. This role is based primarily in Zurich, with potential opportunities in Paris, Milan, Cologne, or Munich.

The successful candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience, an advanced degree, and a strong understanding of underwriting principles, risk modeling, and data analytics tools like Python or R. The position comes with expansive benefits.

• Expertise in regulatory compliance and capital modeling.
• Strong knowledge of catastrophe modeling and reinsurance structures.
