Sompo Holdings, Inc. in Milan is seeking a Senior Underwriter Property to lead positioning in the local market and manage multinational Property portfolios. The role requires 7+ years of underwriting experience, strong client/broker relationships, and deep knowledge of multinational programs.

You will collaborate across functions to develop an innovative underwriting strategy and help grow Sompo's presence in Continental Europe.

• Contribute the positioning of Sompo as an increasingly significant player in the local Property market.
• Collaborate within the team in the optimization and control of Domestic and Multinational Property portfolio.

• Share with other company functions experiences which can contribute Sompo to enhance uw processes.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key brokers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel growth.

• 7+ years of professional experience
• Proven track record in underwriting profitable businesses
• Excellent networking and relationships skills with clients and brokers
• Sound knowledge of the local Property market
