Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking a finance-driven project contract specialist to own contract administration, budgeting and forecasting across infrastructure portfolios. You will translate complex project economics into actionable analytics, drive profitability through change orders and supplier claims, and ensure compliance and transparent reporting for large-scale energy projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, (international) finance, business administration, or equivalent training.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing construction projects and long-term service contracts.
• Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle activities and financial implications.
• Advanced contract management skills with negotiation experience.
• Proficiency with SAP, Unifier and other corporate financial systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Fluency in both English and Italian.
