Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, seeks a Senior Portfolio Finance Manager to own the financial aspects of infrastructure projects. You will use SAP, Unifier and other financial systems to ensure accounting compliance, maintain contract integrity, and drive operational excellence across the portfolio.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, (international) finance, business administration, or equivalent training.
• PMP Certification is advantageous for project-driven finance roles.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing construction projects and long-term service contracts, preferably in energy.
• Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle activities and financial implications.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Oversee project contract administration, establishing streamlined processes that enhance financial transparency.
• Partner with project managers to provide real-time visibility into project budgets and financial performance.
• Coordinate with construction subcontractors and maintenance providers to ensure quality deliverables within established timelines.
• Apply contract management expertise to document review, change order negotiations with customers and contractors including risk/opportunity analysis.
• Analyze critical project documentation, including purchase requisitions and invoices.
• Lead comprehensive project reviews from initiation through completion, including close-out processes and reporting.
• Enhance project profitability through strategic management of change orders and supplier claims.
• Communicate financial insights to project teams.
• Maintain budget integrity while forecasting expenditures and providing monthly accruals.
• Ensure compliance with Import VAT, Customs Duties and all tax requirements relevant to project execution.
