Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading strategic or operational development projects.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations or a technology-driven environment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, ALPS or equivalent operational excellence methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects to execute Alfa Laval's strategy and strengthen performance.
• Support roll-out of Alfa Laval strategy at factories and sites with sustainable improvements in ways of working.
• Lead or contribute to projects focused on operational performance, process improvement and technology.
