Zusammenfassung

Takeda is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive Lean, Six Sigma, and the Agile Operating System across its Rieti and Pisa sites in Italy. You will partner with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Digital teams to simplify processes, accelerate digital transformation, and embed a culture of continuous improvement in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will coach cross‑functional teams, mentor Yellow and Green Belts, track KPIs, and ensure safety, quality, and cost

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing/operations focusing on Operational Excellence.
• Lean/AOS and Six Sigma Green Belt or above; Yellow Belt training is a plus.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional initiatives delivering measurable results.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments; pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, MES, Minitab, and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel between sites.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the Operational Excellence strategy across Rieti and Pisa.
• Lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives delivering safety, quality, productivity gains.
• Translate priorities into site deployment processes aligned with the PDT unit.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and value-stream mapping with defined outcomes.
• Coach leaders in Lean, problem-solving, and daily management.
• Develop Six Sigma capability; mentor Yellow and Green Belts and certify Yellow Belts.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Digital teams.
• Advance digital transformation and data-driven process optimization.
• Track KPIs and ensure corrective actions.
• Apply change management for adoption and sustainment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to Community of Practice and shopfloor engagement.
