Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects, roadmaps and initiatives aligned with Alfa Laval's strategy.
• Support roll-out of strategy, enabling sustainable improvements in processes and performance.
• Develop and improve processes, technologies and management systems with fact-based decisions.
• Lead or contribute to projects delivering improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost and customer value.
• Coordinate project scope, timing and budget; report status to PM and Steering Committee.
• Promote tools and ways of working; coach Lean Six Sigma projects and governance.
