Barilla Group in Parma is seeking a Marketing AI Adoption Senior Manager to lead analytics and the AI transformation of Marketing, from content creation to AI governance. The role owns the AI roadmap, creates a delivery plan, and collaborates across Marketing, Digital, Data/Tech, Legal and agencies to drive practical outcomes at pace.

You will build AI fluency in Marketing, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure responsible AI adoption with clear workflows, KPIs, and regulatory

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Digital, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience leading AI-enabled marketing initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Own the Marketing AI roadmap and delivery plan.
• Lead AI-enabled content development across copy, images and assets.
• Ensure localization for markets including language and regulatory constraints.
• Embed guardrails for GenAI content and align agencies on use.
• Oversee the SEO/GEO/AEO agenda and coordinate execution.
• Translate GEO evidence into a content influence plan.
• Define GenAI KPIs, tracking workflows and reporting cadence.
• Develop practical AI fluency in Marketing through enablement.
• Ensure governance and trustworthy AI adherence.
• Create do/don’t guardrails for Marketing and agencies.
