Job summary

HARTING S.r.l. seeks a Key Account Manager for the Energy market to drive overall sales performance across the sector. You will manage key accounts, exceed targets, and apply structured sales methodologies including Solution Selling and Customer-Centric approaches.

You will own the Energy sector turnover, collaborate closely with the HQ energy team in Espelkamp, and work with Customer Service to ensure seamless internal and external alignment. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional sales experience, preferably in Energy.
• Strong understanding of energy market ecosystems and major players.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the turnover of the Energy sector and drive growth.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and develop new business.
• Identify trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
• Coordinate with G-MSM Energy Team at HQ in Espelkamp.
• Collaborate with Customer Service for aligned sales activities.
• Manage leads, pipeline and opportunities in CRM Dynamics.
• Deliver account plans, sales forecasts and budgets on time.
