Ermenegildo Zegna Group in Milan seeks a Group Senior Category Manager - IT to define and execute IT procurement strategies across the Group, aligning with business priorities, technology roadmaps, governance and compliance. You’ll drive end-to-end sourcing for IT categories and work with senior stakeholders to shape our IT sourcing agenda.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or vendor management, preferably with IT categories.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of IT contracts, licensing models, service levels, renewals and supplier performance management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes for IT categories: RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, negotiation and contracting
• Support the development and execution of Group IT category strategies in coordination with IT leadership
• Negotiate software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, telecom and IT services agreements
• Identify savings, cost avoidance and value creation opportunities through demand challenge, benchmarking and supplier competition
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, renewals and issue resolution for key IT vendors
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, Privacy and IT teams to ensure contractual, compliance and risk requirements are addressed
• Ensure adoption of Group Procurement Guidelines, P2P processes and procurement tools such as SAP Ariba and Vendor Portal
