NTT DATA Romania is seeking an IT Security Business Analyst to analyze and enhance enterprise secrets management across applications, infrastructure and services. You will gather requirements, document risks and support secure design decisions in a strategic insurance-sector project.

You will work with stakeholders to translate complex security needs into actionable requirements, facilitate workshops, and contribute to tool evaluations and governance artifacts. English communication is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics or equivalent.
• Strong experience in IT security analysis, security requirements engineering or governance.
• Knowledge of secrets/credential types (passwords, SSH keys, API keys, tokens, certificates).
• Experience with IAM, PAM, least privilege and auditability.

Mansioni

• Perform end-to-end analysis of secret management across applications and infra.
• Identify, classify and document secrets, ownership, usage and risks.
• Assess weaknesses like unmanaged keys, hardcoded credentials and rotation gaps.
• Define functional/non-functional requirements for centralized secrets management.
• Support lifecycle processes for creation, storage, access, rotation and decommissioning.
