• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend expertise with C# and .NET.
• Experience with IAM/IGA solutions is required.
• Proven leadership of development teams or technical workstreams.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices in enterprise environments.
