The role requires exceptional partnership with senior leaders and a focus on talent development and change management.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, proven HR leadership in FMCG corporations, and expertise in HR systems like SuccessFactors and Workday. The position offers a hybrid work model.

Competenze

• Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
• Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
