Johnson & Johnson Innovation is hiring a senior HR Business Partner for Italy. You will partner with the MD and Italian Leadership Team to translate business priorities into a focused people agenda, shaping talent, organisation, culture and change.

You will lead talent reviews, workforce planning, and leadership development while ensuring compliant HR delivery and leveraging AI-enabled insights to drive outcomes. Hybrid work in Milan, with strong collaboration across EMEA HR.

Competenze

• 8+ years experience as HR Business Partner or HR leadership in a complex, regulated organisation (pharma/healthcare/Life Sciences with Italian market knowledge).
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical talent, organisation, culture, and workforce actions.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment legislation, labour relations, and change management.

• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning for critical roles.
