Canon EMEA in Milano seeks an HR Business Partner to translate business priorities into practical HR solutions and support commercial performance. The role blends strategic HR with a data-driven approach to align workforce insights and financials with business goals.

Requires 10–15 years in HRBP, solid labor relations experience, fluency in English, and a strong capability in coaching and change management. Permanent contract with a €65k–€75k gross annual salary.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in humanities, economics or law.
10–15 years of HRBP experience.
Solid experience in labor relations.
Strong strategic vision and business acumen, with problem-solving and change management.
Fluent English; another major European language is an advantage.

Mansioni

Identifying HR priorities from departmental plans and delivering people solutions aligned to objectives.
Supporting workforce planning and organizational design through quantitative headcount analysis.
Partnering with business leaders on HR budgets and people costs in line with financial targets.
Leading HR initiatives across the spectrum including planning, resourcing, relations and performance management.
Using HR data and analytics to support evidence-based decisions and monitor trends.
Maintaining knowledge of Italy's legal framework and applying central HR policies while designing local initiatives.
Managing labor relations and negotiating company-level agreements with employee representatives.
