Leonardo SpA in Lombardy seeks a Strategic & Growth Planning Specialist to drive the division's strategic agenda, align investments with priorities, and identify new growth opportunities across markets, products and business models.

You will build fact-based business cases, support inorganic growth initiatives, and partner across Strategy, Finance, and Engineering in a cross-functional, international environment. English required; hybrid working in Cascina Costa.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in strategy, strategic planning, business development or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Strategic Plan into initiatives, investments and resource requirements.
• Assess alignment of investment plans with strategic priorities and identify gaps.
• Scout and evaluate new growth opportunities across markets, products and business models.
