Grünenthal Group is seeking a seasoned communications leader to drive the overall strategy for Global Operations and transform business priorities into compelling narratives across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

You will advise senior leaders, coach communication teams, and influence stakeholders across regions while collaborating with the Global Communications group to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in a senior communications role advising a variety of senior stakeholders.
• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in agency or in-house communication environments.
• Ability to work across hierarchy levels and influence senior leadership and executives.
• Strong understanding of operational and manufacturing environments.
• Native or near-native English with fluency in Spanish.
• Willingness to work in Aachen at least two times per month and occasional travel (Italy, Portugal, Latin America).

• Develop and steer the overall communication strategy for Global Operations, translating business strategy and transformation initiatives into clear, compelling narratives.
• Drive alignment and engagement across a complex global operations network by ensuring consistent, strategic messaging across functions, regions and leadership levels.
• Act as a trusted strategic communications advisor and sparring partner to the Head of Global Operations and the leadership team.
• Build communication capabilities across the organization by coaching senior leaders and mentoring communication teams.
• Identify and leverage internal and external communication channels (town halls, videos, intranet, social media, events, annual reports).
• Collaborate closely with the Global Communications team on cross-functional initiatives.
