Job summary

NewCold is seeking a finance professional to manage month-end closings, reporting and budgeting in a multinational environment. You will handle IFRS Gaap alignment, ITA Gaap liaison and ERP-based processes while providing insights on costs, margins and KPIs.

You will work with cross-functional leaders to support EBITDA targets, analyze variances, and ensure accurate financial data for strategic decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with IFRS and ITA Gaap in a multinational context.
• Knowledge of ERP/BI tools and Tagetik is desirable.
• Professional English language required.
• At least 2 years in a similar finance role.

Responsibilities

• Month end closing preparation according to IFRS Gaap; liaise with Ita Gaap requirements.
• Develop updated and periodic reporting; prepare Monthly Booklet.
• AR management and AP support per HQ SSC system.
• Support budgeting activities, actual vs budgeting, forecasting.
• Analyze costs, margins; report KPIs daily/weekly/monthly.
• Review contracts for cost, pricing, terms; ensure compliance.
• Provide insight for operational improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to hit EBITDA targets.
