Job summary

Sibelco Group in Emilia-Romagna invites an experienced Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making in a global manufacturing environment. You will lead cluster-level planning, budgeting, and forecasting, deliver monthly performance reviews, and partner with operations to improve profitability.

Strong IFRS knowledge and 5 years in finance are required; English is essential, Turkish a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or economics.
Around 5 years of experience in finance with controlling and audit exposure.
Strong IFRS knowledge and financial analysis skills.
Advanced English, Turkish is a plus.
MS Office, SAP ERP, Tagetik and Power BI familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead cluster-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Deliver monthly performance reviews with variances analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast).
Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
Contribute to monthly closing and financial reporting to stakeholders.
Support capital investment decisions with ROI modelling and strategic projects.
