Spin 360, a Milan-based sustainability advisory specialist, is seeking a Business Developer to expand our fashion, leather, textile and automotive client portfolio and strengthen market presence. You will identify growth opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.

You will collaborate with consulting and technical teams, travel nationally and internationally as needed, and contribute to data-driven sustainability transitions by

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business development or project management within a sustainability or ESG-focused environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

• Support the design and development of business proposals, pitches, and client presentations aligned with SPIN360's sustainability advisory offer.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities within target industries.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business development opportunities across both existing and potential client segments.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the consulting team to ensure seamless alignment between commercial activities and project delivery.
