Spin 360 is seeking a Business Developer to expand our client portfolio and strengthen market presence in fashion & luxury, leather & tanning, agroindustry, chemicals, textile and automotive sectors. You will work with consulting and technical teams to identify opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and nurture long-term client relationships.

You will engage in market research, competitive analysis, and pursuit of new business across segments, contributing to data-driven sustainability

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in business development or project management within a sustainability or ESG-focused environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Degree in a related field as stated above.

Your mission

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding SPIN360's client portfolio and strengthening our market presence, with a primary focus on the fashion & luxury, leather & tanning, agroindustry, chemicals, textile and automotive industries. You will work alongside our consulting and technical teams to identify growth opportunities, develop compelling business proposals, and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners, contributing directly to our mission of driving meaningful, data-driven sustainability transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of business proposals, pitches, and client presentations aligned with SPIN360's sustainability advisory offer
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities within target industries
• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business development opportunities across both existing and potential client segments
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the consulting team to ensure seamless alignment between commercial activities and project delivery

Your profile

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Solid understanding of market analysis methodologies and business strategy frameworks
• Familiarity with sustainability strategies, preferably within the fashion and/or luxury sectors
• Working knowledge of key sustainability standards and global ESG frameworks, including GRI, ESRS, and the GHG Protocol

Education, Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business development or project management within a sustainability or ESG-focused environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
