ABB is seeking an Enterprise Integration Delivery Lead to provide comprehensive oversight and governance of enterprise-wide integration initiatives. The role focuses on promoting reuse, coordinating end-to-end delivery, and aligning with architecture standards across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering technology projects or programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex integration initiatives across systems and vendors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures, APIs, and event-driven integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide oversight, coordination, and governance of integration demand and delivery across ABB.
• Promote reuse of existing integration capabilities and reduce duplication and debt.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across business, architecture, security, platform, and delivery teams.
• Establish and operate integration governance processes from design to handover.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and approved delivery practices.
• Act as primary point of coordination for cross-functional stakeholders and report on portfolio transparency.
