You will work with various teams to analyze marketing and business KPIs and report performance across multiple initiatives. Strategic Data Analyst – Partnerships, Media, Brand and B2C

We’re looking for a Strategic Data Analyst to help strengthen a data-driven mindset across Juventus, supporting multiple areas including Partnerships, Media, Brand and B2C. The role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights and clear storytelling, enabling better decision-making across the business. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brand partners, connecting performance metrics to real business value.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • You will analyze and interpret marketing and business KPIs across different initiatives, leveraging multiple data sources.
  • You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, B2C teams, media agencies, data providers and brand partners to deliver clear performance reporting across digital, social and broadcast platforms.
  • You will monitor audience and fan engagement trends, turning them into insights that support marketing effectiveness and commercial decisions.
  • You will contribute to the evolution of measurement frameworks, reporting tools and data processes to improve consistency and impact across the club.
Who you are
  • Experience: solid experience in data analysis applied to marketing, performance or business strategy, and you’re comfortable working in cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder environments; Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics or a related field
  • Technical skills: you combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and can present insights clearly using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel; fluency in English
  • Soft skills: curiosity, autonomy and strong communication skills are essential.
