Alfasigma is seeking a Corporate Controller with a focus on processes and tools in Bologna. You will oversee group consolidated reporting, period-end analyses, budgeting and long-term planning, and drive automation of reports across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar multinational position, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with ICT to optimize RPA and ensure adherence to group standards.

Competenze

• BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role within multinationals or management consulting firms.
• Excellent knowledge of reporting & planning systems: Power BI (PBI), SAC is a plus, other tools such as OneStream, Anaplan, Board.
• Excellent use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Mansioni

• Draw up periodic Group consolidated financial reports for internal use: monthly performance reviews, Shareholders alignments, Board meetings.
• Period-end deep-dived analysis of Group performance, variances vs planned figures, propose corrective measures and efficiency opportunities.
• Support consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term planning.
• Prepare Financial calendar for reporting & planning processes, monitor deadlines and escalate delays.
• Industrialize reporting processes from automatic template creation to publishing the Group performance, including commentary.
• Automate recurring reports requested by global functions.
• Collaborate with ICT to leverage RPA opportunities and free up time for analysis.
• Design and cascade planning & reporting procedures to ensure group-wide alignment.
• Drive operating reporting & planning execution through process and tool improvements.
• Propose and carry out projects to broaden finance data content for better insights.
• Set up ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and implement suitable financial controls.
