PRADA Group, based in Italy, is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Miu Miu Business Analytics and Merchandising Planning team. You will analyze sales data, product performance and KPIs to provide strategic insights for multiple brands and categories.

Collaborating with Merchandising, Product and Production teams, you will develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI, support budget planning, and help optimize decision-making with clear data storytelling for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Business/Data Analysis roles, ideally fashion/retail.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze sales data, product performance and KPIs; present insights to stakeholders.
• Produce reports and dashboards monitoring trends using Excel/Power BI.
• Develop budgets for brand licenses and monitor category performance.
• Support Merchandising teams with tailored reporting.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product and Production to improve analyses.
