Flabelus is hiring a Store Manager in our Florence store to lead the team and bring the brand story to life on the shop floor. You will drive sales, deliver memorable customer experiences and coach colleagues to perform at their best.

We seek energetic, intuitive leaders who can translate strategy into action while keeping the magic of in-store service alive. Fluency in Italian is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in retail is appreciated, but not required. What matters most is your positive attitude, passion for people and eagerness to learn.
• Are passionate about fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Naturally connect with people and communicate with confidence.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Are proactive, positive and detail-oriented.
• Speak fluent italian and other languages will be a plus.

• Create a warm, memorable and personalised experience for every customer who walks through the door.
• Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while always protecting the quality of the customer experience.
• Analyse key KPIs such as sales, conversion, average basket and individual performance, turning insights into clear actions.
• Build genuine customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful, personal service.
• Bring the Flabelus story, values and collections to life through every customer interaction.
