Job summary

PANGAIA in Rinascente Milan is seeking a Store Assistant who will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to an elevated in-store experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to uphold high visual and service standards while driving sales.

You will support daily operations, assist with stock and inventory, and help achieve targets. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a passion for sustainability and premium

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally with a premium or lifestyle brand.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional language is a plus.

About the role

As a Store Assistant, you are the face of PANGAIA and an ambassador of our brand values within our concession at Rinascente Milan.

You create meaningful connections with customers, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and inspired. Through exceptional service, product knowledge, and attention to detail, you help deliver an elevated in-store experience while contributing to the success of the store.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will support daily operations, maintain high visual and service standards, and play an active role in achieving sales goals.

A day in the life

• Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging, and memorable shopping experience

• Support the achievement of sales targets through excellent customer service and proactive selling

• Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure the concession runs smoothly
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and wider retail team
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing PANGAIA's values, mission, and commitment to innovation and sustainability

Requirements

• Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally with a premium or lifestyle brand
