Ferragamo in Milan Rinascente Department Store is seeking a highly organized Stock Keeper to join our luxury retail team. This part-time role (18 hours per week) covers both warehouse operations and client advising, supporting sales on the floor and in the stockroom to ensure a memorable customer experience.

You will manage the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits with precision.

Competenze

• Previous experience in stock management or similar back-office role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, with empathy for clients and a client-centered approach.
• Good handling of numbers and inventory/stock management.
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Previous experience as a stock keeper in retail is a plus.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.

The part you’ll play

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for both warehouse operations and client advising, supporting both the sales floor and the stockroom in all activities that ensure a strong customer experience.

What you’ll bring

• Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A previous experience as a stock keeper in retail will be considered a plus
• Proficiency in Italian and English; any additional languages is a strong advantage
• Gross range salary: €25.000 - €27.000 (to be prorated on the actual working hours)
