Maison Goyard is seeking a stock controller for its Milan boutique on a permanent contract. The role encompasses logistics, inventory management and sales support to uphold luxury standards.

You will receive, inspect and store deliveries, manage stock levels and assist on the shop floor to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Mansioni

• Receive, inspect and store deliveries.

• Process receipts, shipments, and transfers.

• Manage buffer stock of bagging materials.
• Replenish SKUs in nearby stocks.
• Rotate stock between storage and sales floor as needed.
• Provide sales support by tidying the sales and packing areas.

Job Overview

Maison Goyard is looking for a stock conteoller for its Milan boutique, on a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Logistics and handling:
  • Receive, inspect and store deliveries
  • Ensure a logical and efficient organization of the various storage areas
  • Ensure the physical and electronic processing of receipts, shipments, and transfers
  • Prepare and participate in cycle and fiscal inventories and in investigating discrepancies
  • Complete the after-sales service forms in the internal software, if applicable
• Sales support:
  • Manage the buffer stock of bagging materials and its replenishment
  • Replenish the SKUs available in nearby stocks
  • Participate in tidying the sales and packing areas
  • Provide sales support by rotating stock between the storage area and the sales floor as needed

Required qualifications and skills

Versatile, meticulous and with a true service mindset, you master luxury customer service standards and demonstrate excellent computer skills. Knowledge of CBR Retail would be a plus. Organized, efficient and able to manage priorities and emergencies, you act with discretion and a demeanor suited to the luxury environment. Your duties include combating unknown shrinkage, ensuring proper application of the Maison's procedures, and contributing to its brand image as well as customer satisfaction.
