Renco S.p.A. is expanding its Field Service Team for Steam Turbine installation, commissioning, and maintenance across global projects.

The role involves supervision of installation, alignment checks, and coordination of hubs, couplings, and piping, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years in field service or millwright roles with heavy rotating equipment, plus proven supervision and

Qualifications

Large experience and knowledge of installation and commissioning of Steam Turbines in Oil & Gas or Power generation sectors.
Familiar with Installation and Commissioning Procedures and Programs.
Able to manage spare parts, fixtures, tools, and documentation.
Adheres to Quality Procedure and HSE requirements.
Capable to manage manpower and supervise on-site teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise all installation of steam turbines and related systems.
Check foundations, alignment, and installation of hubs, couplings, skids, piping.
Assist during commissioning, start-up operation, and control system setting.
Manage service requests and non-conformity materials (NCM).
Prepare reports (DOR, FSR) using EDM, TCE, and Fieldworks.
