Nestlé Global cerca uno stage di Demand & Supply Planning per Nespresso a Assago (MI). Si propone un percorso di 6 mesi per neolaureati o laureandi in ingegneria, matematica, economia o campi affini, con stipendio mensile di 900€ e laptop aziendale.

Si supportano forecast, coordinazione delle forniture e disponibilità di prodotto, collaborando con vendite, marketing e logistica. Inizio previsto: settembre 2026; mensa e palestra aziendale disponibili; richiesta conoscenza Excel e buone doti

Competenze

• Laurea o laurea triennale in Ingegneria, Matematica, Economia o campi affini.
• Competenze analitiche e attenzione al dettaglio.
• Competenza in Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.
• Attitudine proattiva e desiderio di apprendere in un contesto dinamico.
• Ottime capacità interpersonali e di collaborazione.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese.

Mansioni

• Supportare i Demand & Supply Planners in attività di forecasting e coordinazione della fornitura.
• Preparare report traducendo i dati di domanda in necessità di fornitura.
• Monitorare KPI di supply chain come accuratezza delle previsioni, livello di servizio e performance di inventario.
• Collaborare con vendite, marketing e logistica per allineare le informazioni.
• Contribuire al tracking di inventario e al monitoraggio del rifornimento lungo la rete di distribuzione.
• Partecipare alla preparazione della S&OP.
• Utilizzare strumenti di pianificazione ed Excel per aggiornare database e supportare decisioni.
• Identificare potenziali issue di fornitura e proporre idee di miglioramento.

Position Summary

We are looking for a curious and motivated Demand & Supply Planning Intern to join our Supply Chain team. In this internship, you will support the Demand & Supply Planners in activities related to forecasting, supply coordination, and product availability. This experience will give you the opportunity to understand how to manage inventory levels, contribute to cross-functional projects, and gain insight into the key dynamics of a modern supply chain.

A day in the life ofa Demand &Supply PlannerIntern

• Support the team inmaintainingand updating demand forecasts based on historical data and market input.
• Assistin translating demand data into supply needs by preparing reports and analyses.
• Helpmonitorsupply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, and inventory performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, andlogisticsteams to collect input and align information.
• Contribute to inventory tracking and replenishmentmonitoringacross the distribution network.
• Participate in the preparation of materials for the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Work with planning tools and Excel files to update databases and support decision‑making processes.
• Learn to identify potential supply issues and propose preliminary ideas for improvement.

• Undergraduates or graduates in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Fluent in both Italian and English
