Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Staff Ruby Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby-based systems in a remote, full-time role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and shape the technical direction of critical applications.

The ideal candidate shows deep Ruby/Rails expertise, experience with RESTful APIs, databases and testing (RSpec or Minitest), and comfort with AWS.
